YAATZ for leadership teams

Each person on your leadership team gets their own YAATZ workspace, with all four AI seats. Your company's API keys run them all, and you get one invoice.

What it is

  • Shared keys. Your company's own API keys run every seat.
  • Shared billing. One invoice, per seat.
  • Personal work. Each member's conversations, vaults and documents stay their own.
  • Two admins. Up to two people manage members, keys and billing. Each admin uses a seat.

What it isn't

  • Not a shared workspace. There's no company folder. Work moves between people when someone sends it.
  • Not a window into your team's work. Admins never see anyone's conversations, vaults or documents.
  • Not an AI allowance. Your AI providers bill your company directly for usage. The seat price is for the software.

Pricing

$29.99 per seat per month; $25.00 at 6–10 seats, $22.99 at 11–25. 3-seat minimum.

The seat count sets the price for every seat: 8 seats are 8 × $25.00. Annual is prepaid at 15% off: $305.90, $255.00 and $234.50 per seat per year. Add seats any time; they're charged for the rest of the term and open once that payment goes through. Removed seats come off at renewal, with no credit. 26+ seats: talk to us.

Questions

I already have a personal plan. What happens when I join?
While you're a member, your seats run on your company's keys. Your personal plan is separate and keeps billing until you cancel it, which you can do from Billing in the app. An account belongs to one organization at a time.
What happens when someone is removed?
An admin removes them from the organization page. From their next AI call they're off your company's keys and back on their own account. Their work stays in their account, and their seat is free for someone else.
What can admins see?
Who's on the team and who's been invited, which providers are connected (never the key itself), an activity log of invitations, members and key changes, and usage per member and per provider: calls and estimated cost. Never anyone's conversations, vaults or documents.
How does cancellation work?
An admin cancels from the organization's billing page. The plan ends at the end of the term you've paid for, and there's no refund for the current term. Until then nothing changes. After that, each member is back on their own YAATZ account, with their work.
