I built this because I needed it in my own business.

I am an owner and operator with over 30 years of experience building, acquiring, and managing businesses and long-term investments. My background includes leading an accredited online school and decades of hands-on real estate acquisition and development.

After eight months with a developer and still no functional website, I took it over. I used AI to rebuild our website, design our databases, implement a subscription-based model, and deploy an automated answering service in weeks. It worked.

Along the way, I began documenting what happened when I compared the answers, challenged them, and kept the decisions in my own hands. That documentation became YAATZ. I’m sharing it so other business owners can use what I learned without spending months figuring it out the hard way.
